We are an independent company co-owned by two long standing friends, Tony Cassidy and Paul Koppi, who have over 40 years combined construction industry experience between them.
As professional builders specialising in the refurbishment, renovation and extension of domestic property over 90% of our work has been generated through repeat business and word of mouth referrals since the company was formed in June 2003.
End to end project management
Our customer satisfaction is due to the fact that we are totally committed to quality, project managing every job and only using tried and trusted craftsmen and suppliers carefully chosen over a number of years.
All of our projects are fully project managed by us, ensuring you have one single point of contact for any questions, queries or issues you may have. We take the hassle out of the building process by pro-actively managing every aspect of the job, turning up when we say we will, clearing up at the end of the day and communicating effectively with you at every stage.
At the end of each project we will agree a list of any snags / outstanding works with you, and deal with these as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Insurance & Guarantees
We carry full Employer’s and Public Liability Insurance, and are members of the UK Trades Confederation.
All our boiler and heating work is carried out by our experienced Corgi registered engineers.
All our electrical work is carried out by certified and approved Part P compliant tradesman who conform to Building Regulations standards.
All our work is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. For a small additional charge, we can provide five or ten year insurance backed warranties provided through the UK Trades Confederation.
